Restorative Practice Ambassadors

Restorative Practice Ambassadors

At St Mark’s Community School, our Restorative Practice (RP) Ambassadors play an important role in promoting a school culture built on respect, empathy and positive communication. This long standing initiative gives senior students the opportunity to support their younger peers while helping to strengthen relationships across the school community.

Each year, a group of 5th Year students is selected through an application process to become RP Ambassadors. With the support of Ms. Noone, they complete training in Restorative Practice and begin working with 2nd Year students, delivering sessions that focus on trust building, conflict resolution, and open, respectful dialogue.

RP Ambassadors serve as peer leaders and role models, helping to create a calm and caring school environment where all students feel heard and supported.

Through their work and ongoing mentorship from Ms. Noone, the RP Ambassadors help foster a more connected, inclusive and respectful atmosphere throughout the school.
